Stepped into a large-scale Saudi project three days before departure and led an eight-day shoot across four cities with two directors and a minimal crew. Managed constant on-ground disruptions, shifting logistics and cultural constraints while securing access to restricted locations and completing all five films. The project became a return to first-principles production: rapid problem-solving, negotiation under pressure and delivering results in an unpredictable environment.
